Delivery & Shipping charges

  1. Delivery Time
    The delivery time for standard shipments within Germany is up to 24–72 hours, within the European Union up to 7 working days, and to countries outside the European Union up to 7–10 working days. For payment methods such as invoice, PayPal, or credit card, the delivery time begins upon receipt of the order confirmation by the customer. These delivery times apply to orders received by us before 12:00 PM (CET).

The stated delivery times for international shipments are subject to prompt customs clearance in the destination country. Force majeure or operational disruptions occurring at the seller or its suppliers—such as riots, strikes, or lockouts—which temporarily prevent the seller from delivering the purchased item within the specified timeframes without fault on their part, will extend these timeframes by the duration of the disruption.

  1. Logistics Partner
    The ordered items are packaged as quickly as possible and handed over to our logistics partner DHL ready for shipment. Please note that we have no influence over delays caused by DHL.

  2. Shipment Tracking
    Using your parcel ID number / tracking number, you can check the current shipment status of your package at any time at www.ups.de. Further information on shipment tracking can be found in your delivery confirmation email or by contacting our customer service hotline.

  3. Shipping Costs
    In the Marco Wittmann Fan Shop, a flat shipping fee of €6.90 applies for orders within Germany. For international shipments, please refer to the table below for shipping costs.

  • For orders with a total value of €111.00 or more, we cover the shipping costs for you.

For shipments to Switzerland, customs duties and VAT will be charged in addition to the purchase price and must be borne by the customer. Further information is available at www.swisspost.com.

  1. Transport Damage
    The transport risk is borne by cyber-Wear Heidelberg GmbH. If goods arrive damaged due to transport, please make use of the free return policy. If the goods consist of multiple components, please restore them to their original delivery condition before returning and, where possible, use the original packaging. For technical devices, please include all warranty and service documents.
